The voice over on this advert as well as the background music is also very similar to that used on the X Factor when contestants are being introduced. The second TV advert and the most recent is also aimed at the same market, so it is clear that Sun Bingo are really working hard to grab the attention of new players. There is no background music or voice over to this advert. It simply shows a Sun Bingo player stood on a stage finally finding out he is a winner. Some may feel his reaction is a little over the top, but this could appear to be so purely because this Sun Bingo advert has a lack of music, making this players behaviour more prominent. However, it is effective in making the new player bonus more noticeable when it flashes on the screen. With the Sun Bingo winner going mad on stage, you tend to find yourself looking around for something else aside from his wacky behaviour and therefore you pick up on the offer as soon as it hits the screen. So in all this is an effective advert from Sun Bingo aimed at encouraging you to play bingo with them.
