Raiding at Think Bingo
8th July 2010 9:33 AM

Think Bingo is one of those bingo sites which has many loyal players, with many those who joined when the site opened still playing there today. However, there has been no shortage of controversy with some of the changes that have been made since this bingo sites virtual doors opened and the recent rule change on raiding at Think Bingo is also one which may cause a little unrest amongst this bingo sites loyal players, as did the decision to add slot games to Think Bingo many moons ago.
The fact that Think Bingo operated a no raiding policy, which means buying tickets in more than one bingo room at a time was not allowed, was something that players found very attractive. However, it is no secret that the management at Think Bingo have found this rule more and more difficult to police as more and more changes are made to the software. Players would be hard pressed to find other bingo sites which offer a similar policy so given the difficulties enforcing such a rule, it was only a matter of time until Think Bingo found themselves in the position they are in today, where they had to abandon it.
This will probably be a very unpopular decision as far as many of the Think Bingo players are concerned as were previous changes such as the change of caller, who used to be called Bernie and has since been replaced by Alan. The introduction of slot games was a very unpopular move with the players initially but now they seem quite happy with these changes and barely even mention them.
The players at Think Bingo may feel that the site is no longer what it used to be and everything that attracted them to the site has now changed, but we must remember that the world of online bingo sites is very competitive and with new bingo sites opening every day, the pressure is on sites like Think Bingo to up their game and become more competitive and enforcing a rule which virtually no other bingo site has will not help them in what is fiercely competitive market.
