Powerball and Megamillions won by Michigan Lottery players

The PowerBall and MegaMillions are the two biggest lottery games in the US and probably two of the biggest in the world. The news has just come to us that Powerball and Megamillions were won by Michigan Lottery players just over one week apart.

These wins reached a combined total of a massive $268.6 million, making Michigan Lottery players the luckiest in the US. The MegaMillions was the first of these two lottery jackpot to be won on October 29th when the lucky Michigan Lottery player scooped the massive $140 million jackpot. If taken as a lump sum, they will walk away with around $94.3 million.

The second of these two Michigan Lottery winners came just over a week later on Saturday 6th November when the luck was with this state again as another Michigan Lottery player netted a fantastic PowerBall jackpot prize worth an equally impressive $128.6 million. These two wins definitely make Michigan Lottery players some of the luckiest in the US at the moment and many others in the state well may decide to pledge their stakes on these lottery games before the luck runs out, if of course it hasn’t already.

The Michigan Lottery is now selling tickets for their Millionaire Raffle. As with all raffles of this kind, there are only a set number of tickets available, so those Michigan Lottery players who want to try their luck will need to get in fast before these Millionaire Raffle tickets sell out.

There are just 600,000 of these tickets available to Michigan Lottery players and the draw is expected to take place on 5th January, but all tickets that are sold are entered into a weekly draw to win $25,000.
