Geosweep reduce Daily Guaranteed Prize

Here at Bingo Sites we are always bring your news of the latest online bingo commercials to launch but something a little different caught our eye recently. Have you seen the advert on the small screen for Geosweep, the Un Lottery? We were impressed and intrigued enough by the commercial to actually visit the site and spend £3 buying our Geo but recently we saw Geosweep reduce the Daily Guaranteed Prize from £5,000 to just £1,000, not a good start for a fairly new company! Is this an indication of where Geosweep is already headed?

Geosweep is an ingenius idea; it’s a lottery using Google Maps! A Geo is what you buy for your chance to win the big cash prize of £1,000,000 a day or the guaranteed smaller prize of £1,000 and they cost £3 each meaning for 10p a day you are in with a chance of winning some cash. Additionally there are smaller cash jackpots on offer for the Geo’s the occupy the surrounding area of a winning Geo.

It’s all pretty simple and could potentially be a big hit but what concerns us is that when we first bought our Geo’s at Geosweep, the daily guaranteed prize on offer was £5,000. Considering Geosweep only launched two weeks ago, is it simply that they expected to generate more interest than they have with their television marketing campaign?
