eBingo,the next big thing?

A bingo hall in Canada has just been reopened using the latest bingo technology in eBingo, but will eBingo be the next big thing in our failing bingo halls? We have seen many variations of the game of bingo being introduced recently by bingo sites. Many rooms now offer the traditional 90 ball bingo along with 75 ball bingo, with some bingo sites even offering 80 ball bingo games.
There has also been a surge of bingo games being offered on various TV channels, and with bingo sites being so popular at the moment, it seems that everyone wants a taste of that success.
It is no secret that bingo sites offer people an alternative to bingo halls and with bingo halls on the decline it may be that people may opt to use other options too if they are given the choice.
eBingo offers an experience similar to that offered by online bingo sites, in that you can go off and do other things like chat to your friends and have something to eat, while the eBingo system takes care of your game, just like bingo sites. Everything is electronic but the advantage that eBingo had over online bingo sites software, is that the software can be updated or changed instantly, whereas bingo sites can take months.
Online bingo sites are incredibly popular and this is not expected to change in any way in the foreseeable future. There is still a market for bingo in halls as not all people who play bingo, have access to the internet and some people, particularly the elderly are scared by the thought of using bingo sites on a computer.
The smoking ban has obviously had a big effect on bingo halls but the eBingo system would not leave players tied to their bingo game, so they would be free to go off to have a smoke outside the building. Those who enjoy the social gathering of bingo halls can still get the benefits of this as well as enjoying a few of the perks offered by bingo sites.
