Decades of Dollars for Arkansas Lottery

A new multi state lottery for US players will be coming their way very soon. The states of Georgia, Kentucky and Virginia currently participate in the current multi state game Win For Life. This Lottery game is set to be replaced by a new game called Decades of Dollars but this is not the only change. The fledgling Arkansas Lottery is also set to join these other three states and participate in the new game, making it an even more exciting move.

The last draw for Win For Life will take place in on 29th January, so aside from Arkansas Lottery players who have not yet joined, players in the other participating states still have time to have on last go at this game. The draw for the new Decades of Dollars game will take place twice a week on Mondays and Thursday with the first one on 3rd February 2011. So not only have Arkansas Lottery players got something to look forward to by joining a multi state game but all players from the participating states have too.

Decades of Dollars requires players to pick six lottery numbers from 47, or they can be randomly selected for you. Match all six numbers and walk away with the top prize of $250,000 a year for 30 years. Alternatively, players can opt for a lump sum of $4 million. If more than two lottery tickets win the top prize, then they will share a $10 million prize.

Players will only need to match two lottery numbers to win on this new Decades of Dollars game. Two numbers matched will see the winner get a free ticket to play this lottery game. The lowest cash prize comes with a three number match for a $10 prize and with every extra number matched the prize rises accordingly depending on the amount of winners. So whether you are an Arkansas Lottery player or a player from any other state, this is one to look out for.
